Modern Apartment Renovation - Living Room

Project Overview:

After living in Dubai for a few years, Mr. & Mrs. Kian sought a home that could better support their lifestyle, desiring a more spacious and functional setting for their growing family and to host guests. Their vision is rooted in a clean, mid-century modern aesthetic, with a neutral color palette complemented by subtle pops of color, emphasizing warmth and natural textures like wooden flooring.

Design Approach:

A key focus was the living room, envisioned as open and inviting, with minimal visual barriers to preserve the stunning golf course view. We aimed to create a cozy, breathable atmosphere that feels like home. The design incorporated clean lines, thoughtful textures, and strategically placed statement pieces to add character.
